Administrative Support & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Keepsake Kottage and Elevate Wellness at Keepsake Kottage are seeking a dependable, organized, professional, and motivated Administrative Support & Marketing Coordinator to assist with daily office operations, client support, and marketing initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, creative, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities while helping grow our healthcare and wellness businesses through marketing, community outreach, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities Administrative Support
- Filing and organizing office paperwork and documents
- Creating, updating, and maintaining forms, trackers, spreadsheets, and office systems
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Answering work phones professionally and directing calls appropriately
- Scheduling appointments for Elevate Wellness clients
- Assisting with client communication and follow-up
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records
- Supporting management with administrative projects and daily operational tasks
- Assisting with admissions packets, binders, and internal paperwork as needed
- Monitoring and organizing office supplies and work areas
- Helping support overall office flow and team communication
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs
Marketing Responsibilities
- Managing and assisting with social media platforms for Keepsake Kottage and Elevate Wellness
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Designing marketing materials, flyers, brochures, graphics, and promotional content using Canva or similar programs
- Managing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns
- Utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) to track website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing effectiveness
- Assisting with website updates and content management
- Monitoring and responding to online reviews while maintaining a positive online presence
- Supporting community outreach, referral relationships, and brand awareness initiatives
- Assisting with photography and video content creation for social media and marketing campaigns
- Tracking marketing performance metrics and providing reports to leadership
- Identifying opportunities to increase occupancy, client bookings, referrals, and overall business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of social media marketing experience preferred
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns required
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) preferred
- Experience with Canva, content creation, and social media management required
- Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Meta Business Suite preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization preferred
- Healthcare, senior living, wellness, or service industry marketing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Hiring Requirements
Applicants must successfully complete office and marketing skills testing prior to hire. Testing may include:
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency

- Google Ads and marketing knowledge assessment

Position Details
