About the Role

We're looking for a driven marketing professional .

Your job is simple: use AI tools to generate leads and grow our business. You don't need to be an AI expert — you need to know marketing. AI is easy to pick up — and you'll figure it out as you go.

This role is part of a bigger initiative to integrate Claude AI across all of our departments. You'll be one of the first — and you'll help shape how we do it.

What You'll Do

Build and execute lead generation campaigns using AI tools
Use Claude AI and other platforms to create marketing content and outreach
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to attract them
Track campaign performance and continuously improve results
Collaborate with the team as we scale AI across departments
Learn and adapt quickly as tools and processes evolve

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

Solid understanding of marketing principles (digital marketing, lead gen, campaigns)
Strong communicator — written and verbal
Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) — not required, but a plus
Background in real estate
Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing platforms, or automation tools

Pay: Php250.00 - Php300.00 per hour
