AI Marketing Specialist (Required: Meta, Google, and/or Tiktok Ads)

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven AI Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid advertising ecosystem across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will combine hands-on platform expertise with AI-powered workflows to build campaigns that convert, generate creative direction that resonates, and deliver reporting that turns data into decisions. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of performance marketing and modern AI tooling.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Email Marketing, and TikTok Ads.
- Own full-funnel strategy from awareness through conversion, including audience segmentation, bid strategy, budget pacing, and A/B testing.
- Monitor daily performance; proactively identify anomalies and implement corrective actions to protect ROAS and CPAs.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets, balancing aggressive growth with budget discipline.
- Stay current with platform algorithm updates, beta features, and ad policy changes across all three platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent) with clear KPI tracking.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders — translating complex data into plain-language insights and recommendations.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate routine reporting tasks, surface trends, and generate narrative summaries.
- Run attribution analysis and assist with multi-touch modelling to accurately assess channel contribution.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Creative Strategy & Direction
- Develop creative briefs informed by performance data — identifying winning hooks, formats, and messaging angles for each platform.
- Suggest ad creative concepts (static, video, carousel, UGC-style) grounded in audience insights and proven creative frameworks.
- Partner with designers and video editors (or use AI generation tools) to produce and iterate on ad creatives rapidly.
- Run structured creative testing to identify top-performing visuals, copy, and CTAs, and systematise learnings.
- Stay ahead of TikTok creative trends, Meta Reels formats, and YouTube Shorts best practices to keep creative fresh and native-feeling.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, drip sequences, and lifecycle flows.
- Manage and grow the email list through segmentation, list hygiene, and integration with paid media audiences for retargeting and suppression.
- Write or brief compelling email copy and work with designers on templates that align with active ad creative.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution; run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
- Leverage AI tools to personalise email content at scale and automate triggered send logic.
AI & Automation
- Integrate AI tools into campaign workflows, from copy generation and creative ideation to bid management and audience research.
- Use prompt engineering and AI-assisted analysis to accelerate decision-making and reduce manual workload.
- Identify and pilot emerging AI/automation tools that can improve team efficiency or campaign performance.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated experience running TikTok Ads campaigns with meaningful budget and measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with large data sets, pivot tables, and performance dashboards.
- Proven track record of hitting and improving ROAS, CPA, and other performance KPIs.
- Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content.
- Practical experience using AI tools (LLMs, image generators, etc.) in a professional marketing context.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present data and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox, or similar).
- Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and UGC-driven ad strategies.
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or performance-led SaaS marketing.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
- Working knowledge of Python or SQL for data manipulation (a bonus, not a must).
