Amazon Growth Manager / Amazon Brand Manager Print-on-Demand Apparel Brand Miami, FL We've been building a profitable, licensed apparel powerhouse on Amazon since 2007 across print-on-demand tees, hoodies, and gift apparel, anchored by major IP partnerships and an in-house Miami production facility. We're now looking for a top-tier Amazon expert to take ownership of our core markets (US, Canada, plus our growing Walmart and TikTok channels) and drive the next stage of growth. This is not a standard Account Manager role. This is a hands-on, strategic, data-driven role for someone who can operate at a high level while executing with precision. What You'll Own in This Role 1. Brand & Growth Strategy (primary focus) Define and execute the end-to-end Amazon growth strategy across US and CA, plus cross-channel expansion (Walmart, TikTok Shop) Own brand positioning across our catalog: content, messaging, pricing logic, and customer perception Identify and unlock revenue levers — catalog expansion, bundling/matching sets, pricing, CRO, seasonal and occasion-driven demand (Father's Day, Mother's Day, holidays, sports events) Translate data into clear strategic actions, not just reporting 2. Full Account Ownership (hands-on execution) Manage and optimize listings: SEO, keywords, main images, A+ content, Brand Store Drive conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (basket size) improvements — critical given our ~75% mobile-app traffic Monitor and improve account health, listing compliance, IP/licensing adherence, and suppression risk Own seasonal and IP collection launches end-to-end (positioning, assets, timing, performance tracking) 3. Cross-Functional Leadership (without direct reports) Act as the central driver of execution across our Design, PPC, and Production teams Define PPC targets and steer execution toward profitable, sustainable growth Provide clear direction, feedback, and priorities, keeping everyone aligned to strategy 4. Performance & Scaling Own key metrics: revenue, contribution margin, TACoS, CVR, BSR/ranking, market share Continuously test and iterate: pricing, promotions, content, bundles Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems Bring best-in-class practices from high-performing Amazon brands What We're Looking For 5+ years managing Amazon brands at scale (ideally 7–8 figure accounts) Experience managing large catalogs with many SKUs, parent/child variations, and multiple product lines Strong expertise in Amazon SEO & listing optimization, conversion strategy, product launches & scaling, and the Amazon ecosystem (Seller Central, Brand Analytics, AMC a plus) Proficiency with Helium 10 and other Amazon software tools (e.g. Jungle Scout, DataDive, Sellerboard, or equivalent) for keyword research, listing optimization, and analytics Must be skilled with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) and able to apply them to content creation, research, and workflow automation Proven track record of growing revenue significantly — not just maintaining accounts Deep understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior on Amazon Advanced analytical mindset: data → insight → action → result Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, PPC, marketing) High ownership, autonomy, and the ability to drive initiatives independently Fluent English (written & spoken) What Will Make You Stand Out Experience scaling brands in the US market specifically Experience with apparel, licensed IP, or print-on-demand Familiarity with FBA/FBM hybrid models and seasonal/event-driven catalogs Ability to challenge the status quo and bring new frameworks and ideas What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Growth opportunities in an established, profitable business Learning & development budget for courses and conferences Hybrid (Miami) or remote setup A culture of ownership and meritocracy, with autonomy and trust A supportive team dedicated to your success
