Asset Contract Manager (m/w/d)

That’s why we view LNG as a powerful transition fuel on the path to greener energy systems.</p><br>Tasks<br><ul><br><li>Manage and administer multiple small and medium-sized contracts across the full contract lifecycle (from tendering and award through execution and close-out).</li><br><li>Track contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics across numerous parallel work packages.</li><br><li>Support procurement and tender processes for EPC and O&M related packages, including preparation of bid documentation, commercial evaluation, and contract award recommendations.</li><br><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments (e.g., EPC sub-packages, supply agreements, logistics contracts, spare parts agreements, service contracts).</li><br><li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.</li><br><li>Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment between contractual commitments and operational execution.</li><br><li>Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including liability exposure, performance guarantees, liquidated damages, and compliance requirements.</li><br><li>Manage variations, change orders, claims, and extensions of time (EOT), ensuring proper documentation and commercial assessment.</li><br><li>Maintain structured contract tracking tools (contract registers, obligation trackers, risk logs) to ensure transparency across multiple ongoing packages.</li><br><li>Support spare parts procurement, logistics coordination, and supplier management in operational or offshore environments, where applicable.</li><br><li>Contribute to commercial strategy by ensuring that contractual structures support project profitability and risk mitigation.</li><br></ul><br>Requirements<br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.</li><br><li>3–7 years of professional experience in:</li><br><li>EPC project environments (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), or</li><br><li>Procurement / contracts management of technical packages, or</li><br><li>Spare parts / logistics contract management in offshore wind, energy infrastructure, or comparable sectors.</li><br><li>Proven experience managing and tracking multiple small and medium-sized contracts simultaneously.</li><br><li>Hands-on experience in procurement processes, contract drafting, and negotiation of technical supply or service agreements.</li><br><li>Solid understanding of EPC structures, contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC), and supplier management in infrastructure or energy projects</li><br><li>Experience in offshore wind, LNG, energy infrastructure, or comparable asset-heavy environments is highly desirable.</li><br><li>Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify contractual risks and mitigation measures.</li><br><li>Highly structured working style with the ability to maintain oversight across many parallel contract packages.</li><br><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to interface between technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders.</li><br><li>Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)</li><br></ul><br>Benefits<br><p>The chance to work on high-impact projects that shape energy security.</p><br><p>A tight-knit, international team of experts who love what they do.</p><br><p>Real opportunities for growth and professional development.</p><br><p>Competitive salary + benefits.</p><br><p>A company that’s serious about building a better energy future.</p><br><p>Become part of Gasfin and help shape the future of LNG infrastructure.</p>
