Assistant Brand Manager
About the Role
As the
Assistant Brand Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Brand Manager/Business Director in developing and enhancing the portfolio of the assigned brands, SieMatic and eventually, Miele vacuums.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Program Management:
Identifying, implementing, and evaluating marketing programs and plans. -
Brand Performance Analysis:
Reviewing brand performance in relation to business goals and sales achievements. -
Operational Functions:
Executing operational tasks such as merchandising and inventory-level monitoring. -
Foreign Principal Coordination:
Coordinating effectively with foreign principals to ensure brand strategy alignment. -
Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior when applicable. -
Product Training Facilitation:
Conducting product trainings for sales and support teams.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years solid experience in Marketing and Brand Management and preferably with at least 1 year experience in supervisory or assistant managerial capacity

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Strong business acumen and high creativity

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams

Experienced in project management, merchandising, sales monitoring, inventory level monitoring, ordering, pricing, and coordination with brand principals
