Brand Strategy Support
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Campaign Management
Help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events). Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior. Analyze data to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Product & Promotion Support
Assist in product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Content & Communications
Support creation of marketing materials (ads, social media posts, presentations). Ensure messaging aligns with brand identity and target audience.
Budget Monitoring
Track marketing expenses and help ensure campaigns stay within budget. Assist in preparing budget reports.
Coordination with Teams & Agencies
Work with internal teams (sales, operations, design) and external agencies. Manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns and projects.
Performance Tracking
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, brand awareness, and engagement. Prepare reports and insights for management.
Administrative Support
Handle documentation, scheduling, and project coordination tasks. Organizing events and promotions. Managing social media or influencer partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Strong knowledge of branding, consumer behavior, and market trends
- Experience in campaign execution and digital marketing
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
