What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same, but your primary focus will be helping keep communities organized, informed, and moving forward.
You’ll work closely with Community Managers to support homeowners, Board Members, and vendors by:
· Assisting with homeowner and Board Member communications.
· Helping prepare meeting materials, notices, and community correspondence.
· Tracking requests, projects, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
· Coordinating information between homeowners, vendors, and management teams.
· Maintaining accurate records, documents, and notes within company systems.
· Providing administrative and operational support to Community Managers.
· Helping solve problems, answer questions, and connect people with the resources they need.
· Learning the association management industry while developing skills for future growth opportunities.
Most importantly, you’ll help create a positive experience for the communities we serve while keeping things organized, professional, and on track.
