Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing
- Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing plays a key role in supporting the Brand Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing brand initiatives. This role oversees a small marketing team, coordinates campaigns, ensures brand consistency, and provides actionable insights from market and performance data. The Assistant Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing channels and materials.
- Assist in planning product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and guide junior marketing staff (Supervisors, Associates, Assistants).
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Pricing & Promotions
- Assist in implementing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product pricing, promotions, and sales performance, providing insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
Marketing Campaigns & Performance Tracking
- Support the planning and coordination of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to the Brand Manager for optimization.
Market & Competitor Insights
- Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data.
- Provide recommendations to enhance product offerings, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and monitoring campaign costs.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, merchandising, operations, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and brand metrics.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Brand Manager to support brand initiatives.
- Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related roles, including team coordination or supervision.
· Experience in campaign execution, pricing support, and market research.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
· Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to interpret metrics and make recommendations.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
· Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to motivate and develop junior staff.
· Attention to detail and commitment to brand quality and consistency.
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
