Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing & Content

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing & Content to drive student admissions and brand visibility through effective digital campaigns and engaging content. The role will focus on performance marketing, content strategy, social media management, website updates, and coordination with digital marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to drive lead generation and admissions objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve results.

Content & Social Media

• Develop and manage content calendars across digital channels.
• Create and oversee content for social media, websites, blogs, emailers, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with designers and videographers to produce engaging content.
• Manage social media presence and track engagement metrics.

Website & Analytics

• Ensure website content remains updated, relevant, and aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign, content, and website performance.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in performance marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
