Assistant Manager Performance Marketing & Growth

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing & Growth will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all digital marketing initiatives that contribute to lead generation, admissions, product sales, and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Manage advertising budgets and media allocations.
2. Funnel Marketing & Customer Journey Management
- Design and optimize lead generation funnels for courses, webinars, workshops, consultations, and digital products.
- Map customer journeys from awareness to enrollment or purchase.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, registration pages, and lead capture mechanisms.
3. Marketing Automation
- Build and manage automated workflows across email, WhatsApp, SMS, CRM, and other communication channels.
- Create nurture campaigns for leads, prospects, alumni, and customers.
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and behavioural triggers.
- Improve lead engagement and conversion through automation strategies.
4. Omnichannel Marketing Communication
- Manage integrated communication across: Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, Social Media, Retargeting Campaigns, Community Platforms.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
5. Tracking & Attribution
- Manage implementation and maintenance of: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM Tracking, Event Tracking
- Ensure accurate measurement of marketing performance and attribution.
6. Growth Marketing Initiatives
- Identify and test new acquisition channels.
- Support referral marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnership initiatives.
- Explore AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Coaching, Consulting, or Professional Services industries preferred.
- Experience working with lead generation and high-ticket sales funnels is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
