Associate Brand Manager
The Design Group, Arkansas’ LEADER in multicultural marketing seeks qualified candidate:
Position: Brand Manager -In-person only
We just keep growing. It’s incredible. For real. How do we do it? Well, short and simple: great clients and remarkable people doing amazing things for the brands we represent and the communities in which we live. And we need more amazing thought leaders, task masters and creatives to build upon the success we’ve already had.
The Design Group (TDG) is Arkansas’ LEADER in multicultural marketing, as well as one of the South’s fastest growing communications firms. We’re looking for brand managers with 3-5 years of experience. But, we know that sometimes remarkable comes in non-traditional packages. If you think you’ve got the stuff, don’t let “years of experience” stop you from reading on.
So, what constitutes remarkable?
We’re looking for an ideator, a leader, a team-builder, a motivator, an envelope pusher and box destroyer. We’re looking for someone who understands that success comes from thinking big, rolling up your sleeves and getting down to business—delivering the extraordinary.
Our experienced brand manager must be a big-picture thinker, yet plan on a tactical level and think longitudinally. The ability to spot and clear bottlenecking at a tactical level is a fundamental. Our brand manager must love building brands from the ground up and be equally passionate about taking established brands to the next level. A leader who can manage a brand, no matter the size, with expert precision is the kind of remarkable we’re talking about.
The pace is fast. The team is, well, remarkable. The work is challenging, and can sometimes be downright tough, but making the impossible possible is so rewarding.
Now we’ve got lists. Who doesn’t love lists?
