Duties

• Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Segment customer lists effectively through customer segmentation techniques to personalize messaging and improve engagement rates.
• Design visually appealing email templates utilizing Canva, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and marketing automation tools to ensure brand consistency and optimal user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and layouts to identify the most effective strategies for audience engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics with Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to measure success and inform future initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators and e-commerce specialists to craft compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Manage database health by maintaining accurate records within Klaviyo

Skills

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation techniques to tailor messaging effectively.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop for designing engaging email templates.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows.
• Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to optimize campaign performance.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles with a focus on email marketing strategies for e-commerce environments.
• Excellent copywriting skills combined with a keen eye for detail to craft persuasive content.
