B2B Sales Representative & Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are a packaging / printing company looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative with strong social media marketing experience to join our growing team. This role combines proactive business development with digital lead generation, helping us identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and grow our brand presence online.
The ideal candidate is confident in generating new business, engaging decision-makers, and using social platforms to create awareness, generate leads, and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Work closely with management to align marketing activity with sales objectives.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve online presence.
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn and social media platforms for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, HubSpot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Marketing qualification or relevant sales certification.
