Role Overview
We are looking for a hybrid superstar: a Brand Account Manager and Digital Marketer who can bridge the gap between client strategy and execution. You will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring their brand vision is brought to life while actively driving their digital marketing growth.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional client management skills, a strategic marketing mindset, and a deep understanding of paid and organic social media ecosystems. You aren't just managing accounts; you are retaining clients, driving ROI, and elevating brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Client Management: Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients. Maintain high client satisfaction, manage expectations, and proactively prevent churn.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies (organic social, paid ad campaigns, content marketing) tailored to client goals.
- Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with internal creative teams (designers, video editors, copywriters) to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor digital campaign metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and present transparent, data-driven monthly reports to clients.
- Brand Stewardship: Deeply understand the industry, voice, and competitive landscape of each assigned client to position their brand effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and account management, preferably within a creative or digital agency environment.
- Client Savvy: Proven track record of managing client relationships, handling high-stakes accounts, and retaining business.
- Marketing Toolkit: Strong proficiency with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and impeccable organizational skills.
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
