About the Role
Wishcraft Creative Affairs Team Inc. is looking for a results-driven Project Supervisor to plan, execute, and oversee projects, BTL campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement projects/BTL/events on time and within budget
Develop project costing, timelines, and operational plans
Manage budgets effectively using efficient resource allocation
Supervise and manage manpower/staff effectively
Ensure compliance with company processes and standards
Oversee project execution to achieve desired results and stakeholder satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in project management, events, or BTL campaigns
Strong background in budget management and cost planning
Strong experience in brand activations is a must
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig City
