Brand and Communications Manager

An international fashion retail brand is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead brand growth, customer engagement, and retail execution across our operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional with strong experience in fashion or lifestyle , brand positioning, campaign management, and store experience optimization.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market presence, drive commercial performance, and ensure a consistent premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
The successful candidate must understand the balance between brand storytelling and retail profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with global brand standards
- Maintain consistent brand identity across stores, digital platforms, campaigns, and partnerships
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior to strengthen brand positioning
Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail activations
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams on content, visuals, and storytelling
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Retail Experience & Visual Alignment
- Ensure stores consistently reflect brand image and visual standards
- Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to drive premium in-store experiences
- Conduct store visits and brand audits across locations
Commercial Performance
- Support sales growth through strategic brand initiatives
- Analyze product and store performance data
- Work closely with merchandising and retail teams to improve sell-through and customer engagement
Customer Engagement
- Develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor customer feedback and implement experience enhancements
- Drive personalized customer engagement strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in fashion or lifestyle brand management
- Strong understanding of luxury/premium brands
- Proven experience managing campaigns and driving brand growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
