We're Hiring | Manager – Brand Communications | JAIN Group
At JAIN Group, every institution has a story worth telling.
We are looking for a communications professional with 10–12 years of experience who can find those stories, shape them, and ensure they reach the right audience in the right way.
If you're equally comfortable writing a website page, crafting a leadership narrative, reviewing a campaign concept, or helping a team member improve a piece of content, we'd love to hear from you.

Work Mode: On-Site
Experience: 10–12 Years
What You Will Do
-Lead content and communication requirements across multiple institutions.
-Create and oversee content for websites, social media, SEO, blogs, brochures, newsletters, campaigns, videos, presentations, and marketing collateral.
-Develop compelling brand narratives and storytelling frameworks.
-Partner with institutional stakeholders to understand requirements and drive timely execution.
-Guide content writers and cross-functional teams on quality, tone, and messaging.
-Ensure consistency of communication across channels and brands.
-Support leadership communication, campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives.
-Travel between campuses and institutions as required.
What We Are Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in Content, Brand Communications, Marketing Communications, or related fields.
-Excellent writing and editing skills across formats and audiences.
-Experience working on brand communication and content marketing initiatives.
-Understanding of SEO, digital content, website content, and social media communication.
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
-Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
-Someone who can both review content and write it when needed.
