Brand & Creative Marketing executive
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented Brand & Creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a rare hybrid role for someone who is equally at home crafting strategy as they are in front of a camera — someone who lives and breathes brand storytelling, digital marketing, and creative content.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations
- Identify brand positioning opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives
- Monitor brand health and market trends, and recommend adjustments as needed
Content & Creative Direction
- Develop compelling content ideas across social media, digital, and offline channels
- Plan, coordinate, and direct photo and video shoots — from brief to final delivery
- Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a brand face or content creator when needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and creative outputs
E-Commerce & Ads Management
- Assist with managing performance ads across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
- Monitor campaign metrics and work with the team to optimise ad spend and creative
- Support e-commerce storefront updates, promotions, and product listing content
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
- Negotiate collaborations, manage deliverables, and track influencer campaign performance
- Build and nurture an engaged brand community across social platforms
Events & Activations
- Plan and organise brand events, pop-ups, launches, and marketing activations
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-ground execution to ensure seamless delivery
- Capture content and manage social coverage during events
Who We Are Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or a similar creative role
- Fluent in English — strong written and verbal communication is essential
- Proven experience developing brand strategies and marketing plans
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms: Shopee, TikTok Shop, and/or Shopify
- Comfortable directing shoots and producing content independently or with a small team
- Confident and natural on camera — able to present, host, or create video content
- Experience in influencer outreach and campaign coordination
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience running paid social or marketplace ads
- Background in event management or brand activations
- Understanding of the Malaysian consumer and social media landscape
