Brand & Ecommerce Manager
Role Overview: Gentro International Products Inc. is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Brand & Ecommerce Manager to lead the holistic growth of our assigned brands. This is a leadership role designed for someone who can bridge the gap between digital storefronts and physical retail, managing a team to ensure brand consistency and revenue growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic growth plan that expands the brand's footprint in both online (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) and offline retail markets.
· Brand Monitoring: Ensure all Brand campaign deadlines and KPIs are met.
· P&L Ownership: Manage the brand's budget, overseeing advertising spend (Meta, TikTok, Marketplace Ads) and ensuring healthy profit margins and ROI targets.
· Market Positioning: Work with us to define the brand's voice, visual identity and long-term roadmap to increase market share against competitors.
· Digital Marketing Oversight: Lead the strategy for social media presence, CRM/email marketing and performance marketing funnels.
Operational Excellence: Work with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability for mega-sale events and retail distribution.
Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in Brand Management or Ecommerce Management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
· Leadership: Proven track record of managing subordinates and leading cross-functional projects.
· Analytical Rigor: Expert-level ability to interpret ecommerce metrics (GPM, CTR, Conversion) and translate them into actionable brand strategies.
· Retail Savvy: Experience or strong interest in traditional trade/offline retail distribution is a major plus.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to see "the big picture" while remaining detail-oriented. A holistic approach to brand building is appreciated.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
