Brand Experience & Marketing Activation Manager (Temporary contract - Maternity Cover)
Job Purpose
The Brand Experience & Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for owning the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and activation initiatives for Connected Customer Solutions (CCS) — Straumann Group’s portfolio of clinical digital workflow solutions. This role amplifies product storytelling and positioning across channels and markets, ensuring the CCS brand and solutions narrative reaches customers with consistency, relevance and commercial impact.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Activation & Campaign Execution
- Own the planning and end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content and paid channels
- Amplify solution storytelling and positioning, translating narratives into activation initiatives across multiple touchpoints
- Own campaign timelines, assets and deliverables in collaboration with creative teams, Global Digital Marketing teams, Global Branding teams and regional marketing leads
- Own campaign performance reporting — MQLs, engagement, brand reach — identifying insights and optimization opportunities
Brand Experience & Narrative
- Own the execution of brand experience initiatives, ensuring narrative consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Lead brandbook development and ensure all materials are on-brand and aligned with global messaging guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to bring workflow-level storytelling to life across channels and audiences
Launch Activation
- Own the coordination and activation of solution launches, ensuring marketing launch packages are available and adopted consistently across markets
- Work closely with Product Marketing and regional teams to connect individual solution stories to the broader ecosystem narrative
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Act as the main point of contact for regions and countries on campaign execution and activation materials
- Own agency and vendor management, ensuring quality, timeline adherence and budget efficiency internally and with 3rd party suppliers
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on integrated campaigns, brand activation or digital marketing
- Experience in MedTech, healthcare, dental or B2B international environment is an asset
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong executional skills combined with a strategic mindset — you understand the bigger picture and deliver with precision
- Digitally fluent — comfortable with campaign management, content platforms and performance tracking tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
