Piril Sideras Aesthetics & Skin Sanctuary is seeking a creative, commercially minded, and highly organised Brand Growth & Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely alongside Piril within a fast-growing, founder-led aesthetics and personal brand business focused on natural beauty, regenerative aesthetics, skin health, education, and digital growth.
We are looking for someone who understands how to grow a modern beauty brand online through strategic marketing, social media, content creation, and digital campaigns. This role requires someone proactive, ideas-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects across both clinic and personal brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Film and edit high-quality short-form content including Reels, TikToks, Youtube Shorts, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content
- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, and email marketing channels
- Create engaging social content using Canva and editing tools
- Plan and schedule content using Notion and scheduling platforms
- Write captions, hooks, newsletters, story content, and campaign messaging
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively contribute new content and campaign ideas
Marketing & Growth
- Support clinic growth through strategic content and marketing campaigns
- Understand how content converts into leads, enquiries, and bookings
- Assist with Meta ads strategy and campaign planning
- Support digital product launches and online educational offerings
- Review analytics and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Create weekly and monthly marketing reports and performance summaries
Brand Management & Partnerships
- Liaise with external teams including Vibras, photographers, designers, PR contacts, and collaborators
- Review and approve social media content where required
- Coordinate newsletters, launches, collaborations, and PR opportunities
- Ensure projects and campaigns remain organised and on schedule
- Maintain organised content banks, digital assets, testimonials, and before-and-after imagery
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
- Experience using Canva, Notion, Google Drive, and scheduling platforms
- Understanding of Meta ads and digital marketing principles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience within the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, or wellness industry
Desirable
- Experience helping scale digital products or online education
- Experience working with founder-led or personal brands
- Photography or video editing experience
- PR, influencer marketing, or partnership experience
