Brand Implementation Manager
Harrison Sign Co is looking for a Brand Implementation Manager to help ensure our clients' branding projects move from concept to execution with clarity, organization, and attention to detail.
Every project represents a client's brand, reputation, and vision. This role plays an important part in helping coordinate the details that keep projects moving forward while creating a positive experience for clients throughout the process.
We're looking for someone who enjoys managing moving pieces, building strong relationships, and helping turn plans into finished results. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing communication, coordination, and project support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout various stages of branding and signage projects
- Help coordinate project-related communication, timelines, and implementation activities
- Work closely with internal teams to support project organization and execution
- Monitor active projects and help ensure important milestones, updates, and next steps remain on track
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and communication notes
- Assist with resolving project-related issues through proactive communication and follow-through
- Support efforts to improve project workflows, communication processes, and overall client experience
- Help ensure projects are delivered with a high level of professionalism, organization, and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, account management, client relations, brand implementation, operations support, marketing services, construction coordination, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Experience with project management software, CRM platforms, or workflow management tools is helpful
