Job Description
- Understand and respond to consumer needs to deliver superior brand value and business results
- Drive growth of designated brands through effective marketing programs that influence consumer behavior
- Develop and execute strategies that support both short-term brand performance and long-term brand growth
- Lead innovation and renovation initiatives that create value for consumers and strengthen brand competitiveness
- Generate consumer and market insights to identify opportunities and address business challenges
- Use data and analysis to define problems and develop strategic solutions
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities to support brand objectives
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external agency partners, to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 4–7 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Brand Management or related marketing roles
- Strong consumer insighting skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven problem-solving capability guided by data and analysis
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing ATL and BTL activities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with strong business acumen and execution capability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
