Brand Manager (Automotive)

Job description
We’re expanding our agency services into a full-scale branding offering.
This role will lead brand strategy work across a diverse client portfolio including automotive, tech, FMCG/F&B, lifestyle, and Chinese brands entering the Philippine market.
We’re looking for a strong agency-side brand leader who can think strategically, manage clients directly, and translate business problems into clear brand platforms that creative teams can execute.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Entry
- Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign platforms, and go-to-market strategies for clients entering or growing in the Philippines
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience profiling, perception audits, and cultural localization studies
- Translate international or China-based brand directions into strategies that fit Filipino consumers
- Identify client business challenges and turn them into clear strategic direction
- Build full strategic decks from insight to execution recommendation
Integrated Marketing Planning
- Connect brand strategy to execution across events, PR, social media, OOH, digital ads, dealer activations, influencer marketing, and media partnerships
- Create campaign frameworks that guide creative, media, content, and event teams
- Help shape launch plans for automotive, tech, gaming, lifestyle, and consumer brands
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (showroom, mall activations, events, digital, outdoor, etc.)
Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end branding projects across multiple accounts
- Brief and manage creative, content, and design teams
- Present strategies to clients (founders, CMOs, GMs)
- Manage timelines, revisions, and client relationships
- Support SOW creation and project scoping
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff
Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in branding, strategy, or agency planning
- Must have strong agency-side experience (client handling + execution ownership)
- Strong experience in brand positioning, GTM, and campaign strategy
- Ability to independently lead client presentations
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong strategic writing and deck-building skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
