About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering growth across priority brands and projects. You’ll work across the full marketing mix, connecting strategy to execution – from planning and building activity through to delivering, enabling and optimising campaigns in market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of brand, channel, and innovation work, and wants hands-on exposure across the end-to-end marketing model.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development and delivery of brand plans and campaigns
- Execute channel and activation activity that drives sales and brand growth
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on performance
- Deliver end-to-end projects, including key campaigns and activations
- Support new product launches (NPD) from planning through to execution
- Work closely with sales and channel teams to bring brand strategy to life
- Manage agency and stakeholder relationships
- Execute sponsorships and events
- Use data and insights to optimise activity and improve performance
Your Background & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, trade, or channel roles (FMCG preferred)
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial mindset with focus on performance and results
- Confident communicator, able to work across a range of stakeholders
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Liquor or FMCG experience
- Experience across both brand and channel marketing
