Lead Generation Brand Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Growth & Lead Generation Manager to own and execute social strategies that don’t just build awareness—but drive leads, sales, and measurable revenue across multiple brands.
This role is for someone who understands that social media is not just content—it’s a customer acquisition channel.
What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Revenue Growth (Core Focus)
- Design and execute social media strategies focused on generating qualified leads and increasing conversions.
- Build and optimize funnels from content → DM → call → sale.
- Drive traffic to offers (webinars, low-ticket products, services) and improve conversion rates across all touchpoints.
- Identify and scale high-performing content that directly contributes to revenue.
Content That Converts
- Plan and execute content designed to capture attention, generate inbound leads, and trigger buying intent.
- Collaborate on weekly content aligned with offers, campaigns, and sales objectives.
- Manage and optimize content calendars across all brands with a performance-first approach.
- Schedule and distribute content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads).
Campaigns & Offer Promotion
- Launch and manage social-driven campaigns for offers, webinars, and product launches.
- Create and optimize event pages and promotional sequences.
- Work closely with paid ads teams to align organic + paid efforts for maximum ROI.
Engagement & Conversion Management
- Manage DMs, comments, and conversations with the goal of moving prospects toward action (clicks, calls, purchases).
- Build and nurture communities that convert followers into customers.
- Manage influencer and brand collaborations with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
Strategy, Testing & Optimization
- Continuously test hooks, formats, and messaging to improve CTR, lead conversion, and CAC.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to maximize reach and performance.
- Conduct regular audits to identify growth and revenue opportunities.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs tied to business outcomes (leads, conversions, CAC, LTV, revenue)—not just vanity metrics.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and actionable growth strategies.
Team & Execution
- Lead collaboration with designers, editors, and writers to produce high-converting creative assets.
- Provide clear creative direction and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Maintain systems, SOPs, and workflows for efficient execution at scale.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in marketing and sales experience, with proven results in lead generation or sales.
- Strong understanding of content-to-conversion funnels.
- Ability to think like a marketer, not just a content creator.
- Experience tracking and optimizing for real business KPIs (not just engagement).
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasion and conversion.
- Highly organized, proactive, and data-driven.
Bonus:
- Experience with paid ads, funnels, or CRM systems.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns tied to ROI.
- Experience with email/newsletter marketing.
