Brand Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To support the overall planning, development and implementation of campaigns to increase Market Share and foster Brand Love for PEP. To build and manage internal and external relationships as a custodian of the relevant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration: Work with internal / external stakeholders and suppliers to deliver on brand projects.
Relationship management: Build strong internal and external relationships to drive brand equity and deliver on brand and business strategy.
Brand strategy: Work closely with the Marketing Manager: Brand on the strategy execution and maintenance for new project initiatives.
Brand communication: Ensure consistent application of brand messaging, tone of voice and personality, in collaboration with the Head of Brand and Marketing Manager: Brand.
Brand campaigns: Manage and execute internal and external brand campaigns. Plan, develop and implement activities.
Brand analysis: Build a thorough understanding of the competitive and customer landscape to ensure plans adapt to the ever-changing retail space.
Brand development: Manage brand projects to develop strategic principles and creative guidelines for product, employer brand, or new brands. Delivering the campaign from brief to implementation.
Commercial management: Develop and manage annual budgets, track forecasts and reports on a monthly basis.
Partner management: Liaise with brand agencies, strategic partners, multiple stakeholders and suppliers on all brand activity plans.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma, preferably in marketing or a related field
Demonstrated track record (3 - 5 years) in a Brand Manager role for a brand or multiple brands.
Proven track record on brand strategy, brand identity, brand campaigns, sponsorship and PR
Computer Literacy (Google Suite with strong experience on Google Sheets and Slides. AI experience advantageous)
Proven ability to develop strong mutually beneficial working relationships and proven record of delivering business results.
Ability to respond to customer demands
Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas
Sound research and analytical skills
Ability to think strategically
Coordination and management of projects
Strong commercial acumen
Must enjoy working on various projects concurrently, with various stakeholders
