JOB SUMMARY
The Brand Manager (Mandarin) is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves managing brand positioning, marketing campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in brand management, fashion product marketing, and digital commerce, with the ability to communicate effectively with China-based teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, operations, and creative teams to support business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead product launch initiatives and promotional activities for bags, footwear, and related product categories.
- Manage and optimize brand presence across e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Analyze campaign performance, sales data, and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Coordinate and communicate with China-based teams regarding product development, marketing initiatives, and business requirements.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring project completion, accountability, and high performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or fashion product marketing.
- Prior experience with bags, footwear, or fashion brands is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a proven ability to leverage these channels for brand growth.
- Business-fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with China-based teams.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive results across cross-functional groups.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
