Brand Manager (with Graphic Design Capability)

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Direction
- Develop and execute a clear brand strategy aligned with company goals and growth direction.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Strengthen brand positioning through continuous refinement based on market insights.
Visual Identity & Graphic Design
- Apply brand guidelines in creating high-quality visual materials across digital and offline platforms.
- Produce or supervise design outputs including campaign visuals, corporate materials, and marketing assets.
- Ensure all visual executions maintain brand consistency, clarity, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate overall creative quality.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results and insights.
- Support both digital and traditional marketing initiatives as required.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to support branding and campaign decisions.
- Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Translate insights into actionable brand and marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking & Budget Management
- Define and monitor KPIs related to brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Support budget planning and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
- Provide performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or creative/visual communication roles
- Strong background in graphic design and visual content development
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding principles, and market trends
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
