BRAND MANAGER
Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that build Organization's brand identity and drive business growth across all product lines and outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organization's vision and business goals
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, packaging, and customer touchpoints
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the premium cake/food market
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns including digital, social media, events, and ATL/BTL activations
- Collaborate with the production and product development teams to launch new products effectively
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on all campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor brand performance using relevant KPIs and prepare reports for management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve brand objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or food/hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation
- Proven track record of developing successful brand campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience working with or within a Nigerian consumer brand is an advantage
