Brand Marketing and PR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives that drive online sales, customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing e-commerce performance, and using data-driven strategies to improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
- Manage digital marketing channels including:
o Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
o Email and SMS marketing
o SEO and content marketing
o Affiliate and influencer partnerships
o Social media campaigns
- Oversee promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and campaign KPIs
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV)
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and operations teams
- Manage marketing budgets and media spend allocation
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and ads
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-7+ years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as:
o Tiktok
o Shopee
o Lazada
o Grabmart
- Proficiency in:
o Google Analytics
o Google Ads
o Meta Ads Manager
o Tiktok
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Marketing automation
- Customer segmentation
- Data visualization and reporting
- Influencer and affiliate marketing
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with marketplaces like Grabmart, Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
