In charge of daily operation of brand’s official accounts on major Malaysian social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, covering content scheduling, publishing, user interaction and community maintenance in line with local audience preferences.
Design and launch online themed campaigns based on local hot trends, statutory festivals and internet culture, to boost local brand exposure and user engagement.
Generate regular social media performance reports, analyze core metrics including follower growth and engagement rate, monitor local competitor moves, and optimize operation strategies timely adapting to market demands.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of local social media working experience in Malaysia, with solid familiarity with local platform algorithms and user behaviours.
Strong cross-cultural awareness to adapt well to Malaysia’s diverse multi-cultural environment and cater to local consumer demands accurately.
Proficient in basic design tools and mainstream social media management systems, capable of independent content creation and full-cycle account operation.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
