Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and support business growth. This role manages branding campaigns, market research, digital and offline promotions, and ensures consistency of the company’s brand identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
• Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and traditional media).
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate in creating marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets.
• Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
• Support internal and external brand communication initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Use data and insights to support brand decisions and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support partnerships, sponsorships, and event collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in campaign management and brand development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Work Schedule

• M-F | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work Location

• 15/F Landco Building, J.P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
