Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sustainability Business Development Consultant to support business growth by identifying potential clients, promoting sustainability solutions, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will work closely with the consulting team to drive ESG and sustainability-related projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for onboarding new business opportunities and clients.
2.Identify and connect with potential clients for Sustainability and ESG consulting services.
3.Responsible for deal closure and achieving business targets.
4.Generate leads through market research, networking, and business outreach.
5.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
6.Understand client requirements and propose suitable sustainability solutions.
7.Support proposal preparation, pitch decks, and commercial discussions.
8.Coordinate with internal consulting teams for project discussions and client onboarding.
9.Maintain client databases and track sales opportunities.
10.Stay updated with ESG, sustainability, climate, and regulatory trends.
11.Assist in achieving business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills:
1.Strong communication and presentation skills
2.Good understanding of business development and client handling
3.Interest in sustainability, ESG, and corporate consulting
4.Ability to prepare presentations and proposals
5.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
6.Proficiency in MS Office and research skills

Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or related field
2.Prior experience in business development, consulting, or sustainability domain will be preferred

Experience:
2–4 Years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
