Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Marketing
We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and tech-savvy Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3+ years of proven experience in client acquisition within a digital marketing agency ecosystem.
The ideal candidate must have a deep, functional understanding of digital marketing strategies—particularly Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation Funnels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pipeline Growth: Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential B2B leads through strategic outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
Consultative Pitching: Conduct discovery calls, diagnose client pain points, and present tailored digital marketing proposals that clearly communicate ROI.
SEO Consultation: Speak authoritatively on organic growth. Explain complex SEO concepts (on-page, technical, link-building, and local SEO) to prospects and align them with their business goals.
Closing & Negotiation: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing high-value monthly retainers.
Team Alignment: Collaborate with internal SEO and performance marketing teams to ensure custom pitches are operationally viable.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct experience handling business development or corporate sales specifically for a Digital Marketing Agency.
Core Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with SEO mechanics, keyword strategy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and consultative selling skills. Comfortable pitching directly to C-suite executives, founders, and marketing directors.
Tool Stack: Experience managing a structured sales pipeline using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
