Business Development Manager, Channel Partnerships (HK/US Securities)
We are seeking a talented professional with solid experience in financial channel operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing HK/US equities-related channels, as well as driving growth in account opening, funding, and trading volume through effective channel partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain HK/US equities-related channels, including investment KOLs, financial media, investor communities, and other channel partners
Drive channel partnership execution by leveraging company and market resources to support growth in account openings, fund inflows, and trading volume
Monitor channel campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics, trends, and optimization opportunities
Handle channel settlement matters, including valid account calculations, cost estimation, payment documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure the smooth rollout and delivery of channel projects.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve channel effectiveness and support overall business growth targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 2 years of relevant experience in HK/US equities brokerage, fintech, or traditional securities firms
Familiar with HK/US equities investor profiles and client acquisition strategies
Existing network with investment KOLs, financial media, investor communities, or other relevant channel partners is highly preferred
Strong business communication and negotiation skills
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements based on performance data
Strong execution skills, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

具備良好的商務溝通及談判能力
具備一定數據分析能力,能根據數據提出優化方向
執行力強、責任心高,並具備良好的跨部門協作能力
