Campaign and Marketing Manager
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Campaign and Marketing Manager at IMERGEY. The person in this role will plan, design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that educate users, highlight valuable content, and enhance overall utilization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating content creation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Campaign and Marketing Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve results. This role will also support brand positioning, contribute to marketing collateral, manage digital and physical channels, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a monthly campaign calendar aligned with organizational priorities. Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., email, webinars, internal social media) to promote KB engagement and feature adoption.
- Create compelling marketing assets (e.g., email newsletters, banners, digital posters, short videos) using design tools to promote new articles, features, and seasonal themes.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify campaign topics. Proactively communicate new, edited, or archived KB articles to the Service Desk and relevant user groups. Engage the Service Desk team in promotion activities.
- Organize and host interactive events like webinars, Q&A sessions, or tutorials to demonstrate KB value and drive live engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Use data insights to continuously refine strategies and improve KB adoption and user engagement.
- Ensure the timely launch of one major campaign per month, with all materials ready 7 days in advance. Guarantee 90%+ on-time distribution of communications and respond to user inquiries within 2 business days.
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves):
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, campaign management, or a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful project execution.
- Essential hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or similar) for designing marketing materials. Ability to create visually appealing digital content.
- Strong ability to develop marketing strategies, track KPIs, and use data to inform decisions and report on campaign ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Service Desk, SMEs).
- Meticulous attention to detail, with superior project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
