About the Role
Amazon Growth Lab is seeking a detail-oriented Catalog & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon product listings across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong Amazon catalog management experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to balance priorities across several brands while ensuring listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with client goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, or Amazon SEO.
- Previous agency experience is required
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, catalog structure, variation management, and listing compliance.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, indexing, and ranking factors.
- Experience with Amazon research and optimization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable, stable high-speed internet connection with minimal to no downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings across multiple client accounts.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and organic rankings.
- Manage catalog updates, variation relationships, content changes, and listing troubleshooting.
- Monitor listing health, indexing, suppressions, and compliance issues.
- Perform competitor and market research to identify optimization opportunities.
- Track listing performance and recommend improvements based on data and results.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and consistency across assigned brands.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters to ensure listings are fully optimized.

- ClickUp — primary project management and task coordination tool
- Slack — internal team communication
- Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail
- Amazon Seller Central — core platform knowledge required
- Time Doctor — mandatory time tracking tool
What Success Looks Like
- Product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Amazon guidelines.
- SEO improvements contribute to increased visibility, indexing, and organic ranking performance.
- Catalog issues are identified and resolved quickly with minimal disruption to sales.
- Multiple client accounts are managed efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Account Manager receive proactive recommendations that improve listing performance.
- Work is completed with a high level of accuracy and requires minimal revisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration contribute to smooth account management and client satisfaction.
Engagement Terms
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor - Exclusive at Amazon Growth Lab
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: Within 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time
- Time Tracking: Time Doctor
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
