Job Description
Position Summary
The CE Manager (CEM) is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the Community Executive (CE) team across multiple clusters within the BeLive portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring operational consistency, tenant experience excellence, portfolio occupancy performance, and team development. The CE Manager’s primary responsibility is not only to solve operational issues, but to build a self-sustaining team capable of maintaining high operational standards independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Community Executives across assigned clusters.
- Monitor portfolio occupancy rate (OR), tenant satisfaction, and cluster operational health.
- Ensure all CE follow company SOPs, service standards, and operational timelines.
- Coach, mentor, and develop CE capability through regular one-to-one sessions and field guidance.
- Drive consistent execution of move-ins, move-outs, patrols, maintenance coordination, and tenant issue resolution.
- Monitor cluster performance data and identify operational risks before escalation occurs.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Renovation, Maintenance, Finance, and Compliance teams.
- Handle complex tenant escalations, PR-sensitive matters, and high-priority operational incidents.
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and operational records are maintained.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing operational playbooks and workflows.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational consistency across all assigned clusters.
- Build strong relationships with building management, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Property Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of operational leadership or property-related management experience.
- Experience managing teams in co-living, hospitality, property management, retail, or service industries is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clusters and priorities simultaneously.
- Good reporting, documentation, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using operational systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel between assigned clusters.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
