We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our padel club. Duties
- Manage the overall operation of the club, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Coordinate events and activities within the club to enhance member engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor health and safety compliance, ensuring all policies are adhered to effectively
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and maintaining club records
- Lead staff recruitment, training programmes, and ongoing development initiatives to promote team excellence
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain quality standards across all facilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within the hospitality or leisure sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to leisure facilities
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in managing memberships or client relations is desirable
