Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Coordinator (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Eagle-Riverview Group, Inc. is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Coordinator. They will help with marketing and leasing offices, retail space, and light industrial real estate in and around Poughkeepsie. This position is a hybrid of remote administrative work and periodic visits to properties and meetings with tenants.

The person in this position must be organized, professional, and customer focused, and must have great communication skills with the ability to perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Market commercial properties on listings and via social media.
• Answer leasing inquiries from potential tenants.
• Schedule property tours.
• Prepare and assist with lease and renewal communications with tenants.
• Keep records of both property and tenants.
• Assist with the ongoing and new marketing initiatives for properties.
• Manage and work with property staff and vendors.
• Create the best customer service experience for current and future tenants

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, leasing, or marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to use MS Office and email.
• The ability to work without direct supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• A professional attitude and customer focused.

Pay: $25.43 - $30.83 per hour
