Hours: Monday-Friday, with nights and weekends occasionally.

About The Role:
The Community Association Manager works with a portfolio of HOA groups and the acting Board of Directors in the group.
We are a fun, professional team who is looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the below duties:
Description of Duties:
- White glove customer service to everyone you interact with.
- Facilitate the operation and administration of each Association in accordance with the management agreement and each Association's policies and procedures, including property visits.
- Provide strong leadership and make recommendations to the client to enhance the corporation, policies, procedures, and overall community quality of life.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
- Perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
- Responsible for routine and special project administration including procurement as well as performance evaluation as contracted.
- Provide draft budgets 90 days in advance and advise and conduct ratification and annual meetings in accordance with the law and the associations governing documents. This includes producing notices in a timely manner for mailing.
- Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association
- Oversee daily operations and administration for each Association in accordance with the management agreement and Association policies.
- Lead property visits as needed.
- Provide leadership and strategic recommendations to improve governance, operations, and community quality of life.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
- Administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
- Manage routine and special projects, including procurement and contracted performance evaluations.
- Prepare and deliver draft budgets from existing templates (entry level)
- Coordinate ratification and annual meetings in compliance with applicable laws and Association governing documents.
- Meet all deadlines as requested in the schedule.
- Provide and oversee recommendations to the Board and committees on expenditures to maintain community appearance and operations.
- Attend Board meetings as TRF representative, prepare packets.
- Ensure management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, RFP matrixes, committee charters, procurement procedures, FY operating budget, etc.
- Maintain communication with the Board and Homeowners of items affecting them and the property, including legal actions.
- Maintain paperless unit and contract files relating to the operations of the Association.
- Participate in the disclosure of document communication and processing requests. Facilitate Board and homeowner requests
Required Skills:
- 1-10 years’ experience in Association Management
- Attention to detail, with a record of accuracy.
- Microsoft 365 experience required
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- CMCA Certificate
Salary:
This position includes the base pay range of between $60,000-$85,000. The total compensation also will have a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
