Community Manager

- Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms and online communities
- Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create engaging content, captions, and community posts aligned with the brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, followers, influencers, and community members
- Monitor community feedback and provide reports or recommendations to management
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and events
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding announcements, promotions, and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure that all community interactions reflect the company’s brand image and values
- Track social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and reach
- Handle escalations and customer complaints professionally when needed
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports regarding community growth, engagement, and performance
Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
