Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Community Manager and Admin at Orvalon Digital. The intern will support the growth and engagement of the talent and client community across online platforms, including managing community channels, responding to inquiries, and moderating discussions to maintain a respectful and productive environment. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with onboarding new community members, organizing virtual events or info sessions, collecting feedback, and sharing relevant updates or resources. The role also involves administrative support such as maintaining contact lists, updating records, scheduling meetings, and preparing basic reports on community and engagement metrics. The Community Manager and Admin intern will collaborate with the core team to improve community experience, streamline internal processes, and support ongoing programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse community members.
- Experience or interest in community management, social media groups, online forums, or digital communities.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic documentation.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., email, messaging apps, video conferencing, shared documents).
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time and tasks with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Interest in technology, startups, digital marketing, or product design ecosystems.
- Ability to gather, summarize, and share feedback or community insights with the team.
- Previous internship, volunteer, or campus leadership experience in a community, club, or online group is an advantage.
- Availability to commit consistent hours during the internship period and openness to learning in a fast-moving environment.
