Community Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Manufactured Housing Community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufactured Housing, property leasing, sales, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Uphold lease agreements and enforce community rules and regulations
Qualifications
-At least 2 years as a Community Manager in Manufactured Housing
- Proven experience in property leasing, sales, or related field
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and contract management
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of residents
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
