About the Role
Floreo Trainings is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Marketing Manager to support the growth of our training programs and workshops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and engaging professional communities, promoting training initiatives, and supporting participant acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online and offline communities related to training programs and workshops
- Engage with participants, professionals, and potential leads through various communication channels
- Promote upcoming trainings, workshops, and events
- Build partnerships with institutions, organizations, and professional groups
- Coordinate community engagement campaigns and outreach activities
- Support lead generation and participant conversion efforts
- Maintain community databases and engagement reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to increase program visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Management, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience in training, education, workshops, events, or professional community management
- Experience in handling WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other community platforms
- Ability to work independently and achieve engagement targets
