Boulder Ridge is a growing residential community in Allendale, Michigan dedicated to providing residents with an exceptional place to call home. We are seeking a Community Manager who is passionate about building relationships, creating a positive resident experience, and helping our community continue to thrive.
Position Summary
The Community Manager & Sales Representative is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of Boulder Ridge. This role oversees community operations, vendor relationships, resident satisfaction, long-term planning, and sales efforts for the community's new phase development. The Community Manager works closely with upper management to establish goals, improve community operations, and ensure Boulder Ridge continues to be a premier place to live.
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with sales leads.
- Meet with prospective buyers and conduct home/community tours.
- Educate buyers on available lots, homes, amenities, and community features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents.
- Coordinate with vendors, and management throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity.
- Attend community events, open houses, and marketing events.
- Assist with social media, marketing initiatives, and community promotion efforts.
- Help achieve sales goals for the new phase development.
Community Manager Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the community.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and community operations.
- Oversee vendor, contractor, and service provider relationships.
- Ensure community standards, policies, and procedures are maintained.
- Lead community marketing and growth initiatives.
- Manage and support the Resident Relations & Community Support Specialist.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service, sales and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in property management, community management, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
· Mortgage Loan Originator License is not required, but candidates must be willing to obtain licensure if needed to support the sales process.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
