Community Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to energize and cultivate our communities. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, fostering meaningful engagement across social media platforms, managing community relationships, and creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your enthusiasm and strategic mindset will help us build a vibrant community that aligns with our brand values and drives growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage daily social media activities, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding promptly to community inquiries.
• Create visually appealing content including graphics, photography, videos, and written posts.
• Build strong relationships with community members by engaging authentically, managing feedback constructively, and fostering a positive environment.
• Coordinate public relations efforts by managing online reputation, handling crisis communication when necessary, and collaborating with influencers or partners for campaigns.
• Plan and execute leasing & occupancy goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a 294-unit market-rate apartment community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-family property management, digital marketing, and community engagement roles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms to optimize content reach.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that aligns with branding standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)
