Community & Marketing Coordinator
About the Role

Werkstatt360 is seeking an energetic, professional, and marketing-minded individual to serve as both the face of our Franklin coworking community and a key contributor to our marketing efforts across the Nashville market.
This is a unique cross-functional role that combines hospitality, member experience, front desk operations, social media, and marketing. You will be the first person members and guests interact with each day while also helping tell the story of our brand through content creation, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with people, creating memorable experiences, and building relationships while also having a passion for social media, content creation, and marketing.
You’ll be based at our Franklin location while supporting marketing initiatives for our Franklin, Brentwood, and Green Hills locations.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content creation platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a “figure it out” attitude
Member Experience & Hospitality Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front desk presence at our Franklin location
- Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming, and professional experience
- Build relationships with members and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Answer phones and assist with member and prospect inquiries
- Assist prospective members with workspace inquiries, membership options, and basic sales conversations, serving as a backup resource for tours and sales support when the General Manager is unavailable.
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support member onboarding, move-ins, and day-to-day member needs
- Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
- Assist members with workplace technology needs, including Wi-Fi connectivity, meeting room displays, printers/copiers, and general office support
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory as needed
- Help create an environment where members feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work each day
Social Media & Content Creation Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop engaging photo and video content showcasing our workspaces, members, amenities, and community culture
- Appear on camera for social media videos, reels, tours, and promotional content
- Capture content at our Franklin, Brentwood, and Green Hills locations
- Monitor engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages
- Stay current on social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Assist in growing our online presence and community reach
Marketing Responsibilities
- Design flyers, graphics, promotional materials, and digital marketing assets
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and member communications
- Help promote available offices, coworking memberships, virtual offices, event space, and meeting rooms
- Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing efforts
- Maintain consistency of branding across all marketing channels
- Track and report on marketing initiatives and campaign performance
AI & Technology
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and related platforms to improve marketing efficiency and content creation
- Explore new technologies and tools that can enhance productivity and creativity
- Assist with maintaining marketing databases, reporting, and digital assets
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, customer service, community management, or a related field
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media
- Canva proficiency
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Photography and basic video editing skills
- Experience working in coworking, hospitality, retail, real estate, or service-based businesses is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
